On Saturday 15th March, artist Bruno Gallagher made a 6 foot portrait of Miss Leggy Pee. The portrait was based on a photo from a session Bruno & I did a few months back. The photo was enlarged by hand as a line drawing onto a paper base 4 feet by 6. Bruno then colourised and brought the image to life using printed A4 sheets, coloured card, a small collection of chocoloate wrappers (quality brands, of course), and a good number of pritt sticks.
Over the course of the creation of the picture (it's not a painting, cos it contains no paint) I took a series of shots and uploaded them to this blog.
The creation of the portrait was filmed by Mr Jon The Hat and will be screened on the Club Tromolo Tune Up Tour.
